    Sorry for the inactivity people and the essay I'm about too write but I became sick over Christmas with the flue,vomiting bug and a dank ass ear infection it all hit me at once being only fit for bed with 12 days..so I decided to take an extra week off training after that to recharge mentally and physically and Its paying off big time as my general mood is better and I'm loving training!! Overtraining can cause This 2 happen due too a lack of recuperation of the nervous system. You might find yourself feeling weak,tired,getting sick easy and even losing whatever boss ass motivation you have too exercise..so make sure and take a week off after 8-10 weeks off solid training just too recuperate and it will also stop you from hitting plateaus and spark your body for better gainz!!!
