    Have you ever tried @bouncecurl alone? i encourage you to try it & see how it works for you. I have been working with a customer who didn’t like the gel & said that she was protein sensitive. She said the gel made her hair more stiff & more coarse. She used a cream before she styled it. The other day, she tried the gel alone and she said her results were so great! Softer and better curls. I made the light creme gel to stand alone. But some people like to have more moisture & use a cream underneath. But you have to make sure the cream you use, mixes well with bounce curl. If you don’t use a cream & it still feels hard (that means your conditioner & shampoo doesn’t mix). We already have our cleansers out & they mix amazing with our gel. They will leave hair super moisturized. We are coming out with 3 new creams (for different hair types) in about 8 weeks and these creams will mix a lot better with our gel. Anytime you get a product, make sure you try to use it all different ways before giving up. We are working really hard to create products that are for all hair types & they will come out soon. I’ve made 3 leave ins for the people that do not like to use gels at all. I’m super excited i can’t wait to share them with you guys. ❤️

    the b can stand for a lot of things but never basic 💃🏻 yet I caved this AM & made pumpkin spice flavored things 🤦🏼‍♀️😶 and I’m not mad about it 🙏🏻 👇🏼 . #stillwillneverdrinkapumpkinspicelatte . 1.5 cups oats 1/4 cup EACH ground flaxseed & hemp seeds 1 tbsp pumpkin spice 1 scoop @vitalproteins marine collagen dash of vanilla 1/2 heaping cup almond butter Optional add ins; 2-3 dates, 1-2 tbsp coconut butter, 2 tbsp or so pumpkin purée. Blend oats first, add remaining ingredients till dough forms. You know the deal!! Adjust to your taste preference 👅👅

    Drinking water throughout the day is very important! Even when you aren’t sweating, you body will function better if it’s properly hydrated. I know that drinking water can be tough, but I have a few tricks to help you get that h2O in 🤓 . . - Make it part of your morning routine to drink a few glasses of water upon waking . . - Fill a gallon the night before so you have it ready for the next day . - Keep a gallon of filtered water in the trunk of your car at all times. . - Add pure lemon juice and stevia extract to your water for a sugar free lemonade (this is also great for cleansing the liver!) . - For every caffeinated beverage you have, drink 8 oz of water immediately after . - Add Stevia extract drops, Mio drops, or Dasani drops for flavor! . - Add a scoop Aminos, such as @hitechparhma “Off the Chain” (also great for muscle recovery and protein synthesis!) . - Squeeze a small bit of fruit or Herb in your water: Lemon, Cucumber, Strawberry, Orange, Mint, Lime, or Kiwi (your water will taste super refreshing!) . . - Keep a shaker of water with you wherever you go. I love to bring my @hitechpharma blue shaker with me an refil it throughout the day, very convenient!! . . So what’s the ideal amount of water you should be consuming anyway? 🤔 well that number will depend on your size and activity level. Our bodies are mostly made of water after all! 💦 For me personally, if I can get 3/4 to a gallon of water in that’s a good day for me.     I made made y’all a healthier McGriddle...a McGoodle? Too much of a stretch? 🤣 . I’ve never been a huge fan of dieting - instead I’d rather choose better ingredients. While I have cut back on dairy, I still have cheese in moderation but I steer clear of gluten. After consulting for months with my functional medicine doctor at @parsleyhealth, we determined that I was gluten-intolerant.😢I never leave home without my gluten digest enzymes from @pureencapsulations but I try to only use them if I can’t control if gluten is in my food! I had this amazing paleo pancake mix from @birchbenders so I decided to make a protein filled breakfast sandwich since I was starving after boxing this am. Call me crazy but sometimes I miss McDonald’s - I’m human ok? 😳 . McGoodle breakfast sandwich • pancake mix of choice (I used a paleo mix from @birchbenders) • chicken breakfast sausage (I added maple syrup and red pepper flakes) • organic American cheese (or no cheese, or goat cheese, or cheese alternative - get creative) • organic & cage-free eggs ***I think avocado would be amazing on here too or maybe some spinach*** Prepare all components separately, put them all together, and enjoy! 😊 #ashleyspiveyXhbfit

    Mocha chocolate protein bars by @instagoodfood 💗 crust ingredients: 1 cup raw almonds (I used toasted ) 10 pitted medjool dates 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 tbsp melted coconut oil 1/4 tsp sea salt filling ingredients: 1 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight ) 2 tsp instant espresso powder or 1 espresso 1/4 cup warm water 1/3 cup maple syrup or other sweetener 1 1/4 cup coconut cream Top layer ingredients: 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted) 1/2 cup raw cacao powder 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla or 1 tbsp almond butter ½ cup plant protein of your choice (optional) Place the crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a fine crumb consistency is formed. If your dates are a little hard you can soak them in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes. Line a pan with parchment paper(I used 12x30cm) and dump out the crust mixture evenly in the pan. Place in the freezer while you make the filling. Drain and rinse the cashews from the soaking water and place in a food processor. Dissolve the espresso powder in 1/4 cup of warm water. Put it with all rest ingredients in food processor and mix until very smooth. For the coconut cream, ensure you refrigerate 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk overnight so that the thick cream separates to the top of the can. Pour this mixture on top of the crust in the pan and freeze for at least 2 hours. After freezing prepare the chocolate topping by melting coconut oil with raw cacao, maple syrup, and vanilla in a pan over low heat. Once just melted remove the sauce pan from the heat and whisk until very smooth. Immediately pour this on top of the now frozen mocha cream layer. Let this freeze for another 20 to 30 minutes before removing and slicing into bars. Remove from the freezer about 20 min before slicing and serving. #bestofvegan
